Propel Aerial Services Limited, our fundamental belief is that all personnel working for our company, including contractors and other external parties should have a safe place to work, and go home safely. We must also care for, protect the environment and respect the communities where we work in line with applicable standards and to International Best Practices. In order to achieve this, it requires a commitment from the management of Propel Aerial Services Limited in terms of resources, systems, tools and training. We give you our personal commitment that we frequently check that we have this support in place, and know in some detail, our HSE performance and issues.

However, in order to achieve our vision for the company in regards to Health, Safety and the Environment (HSE), we also are calling upon every individual to make a personal commitment to act safely, and look out for others.

It is the policy of PROPEL AERIAL SERVICES LIMITED to manage all its activities and operations in a responsible manner that:

– Meet the high quality standards we have set as part of our business objectives.
– Protect the health and safety of our employees, contractors and the public at large.
– Minimise adverse impacts on the environment.

To accomplish this, we will:

– Ensure that all personnel, including contractors are aware of their delegated HSE responsibilities.
– Ensure that all Company activities are performed in accordance with International Best Practices.
– Design and manage activities to prevent pollution, minimise environmental and health impacts.
– Comply with all applicable HSE legislation, regulations and standards.
– Ensure that environment, health and safety protection are always top of the agenda.
– Consider community expectations, cultural heritage, stakeholder benefits, costs and liabilities.
– Strive for continuous improvement in our HSE performance.
– Measure this by setting objectives and targets which are consistent with the aims of this policy.
– Routinely monitor and report HSE performance to the Board of Directors.
– Ensure that the Board provides resources necessary to support the functioning of this policy.

At Propel Aerial Services Limited, we all share the responsibility for continuous improvement of our Quality Management Process and believe that the business support processes that we provide, supported by our Business Model and our Code of Ethics, will ensure the continuous delivery of high quality services to our customers in different business sectors.

Propel Aerial Services Limited maintains a policy that its business shall be organized, Planned and executed in such a manner as to:

• Ensure continuous delivery of high quality services to our customers in different business sectors.
• Operate and maintain a Quality Management System that is in compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, planned and developed jointly with our management functions, and all other applicable codes and standards.
• Form part of our commitment to continual improvement in quality management, and as such this quality policy shall be reviewed at least once a year.
• Enable and engage our people at all levels in a relentless drive to improve operational performance along the value chain from suppliers to customers in a well-documented manner.
• Increase the motivation and skills of our people to add value to our customers and our businesses, through continual training and development.

• Continually improve health, safety and environmental performance through products, operations, systems and services.
• Embed social responsibility and our corporate ethics in our business practices to comply with relevant legal and other statutory requirements.
